Our Process & Approach

Initial Investigation

We first set about identifying any existing issues on your website through a technical audit. As well as highlighting problems, the auditing process also helps us identify opportunities and establish benchmarks that we can set targets against.

We then, based on the findings from our audit and benchmarks, build out a customized inbound marketing strategy. From there we take action implementing the strategy, building brand awareness, and ultimately, generating leads for your business.

Throughout the process, we set aside time to review campaign progress with clients, digging deep into what we can learn from the data, and extracting lessons learned that we will use to improve our campaign moving forward. We measure the campaign’s current progress and make changes where necessary.

Build – Measure – Learn

We take the same approach to inbound marketing that we take with all of our marketing campaigns. We take the guesswork out of marketing by taking a scientific approach to all of our campaigns:

  • Build – during the built stage, we put define an experiment we’re going to test over the next month, develop the experiment we’ll be running, and then set about actually performing the test
  • Measure – after our testing period has concluded we will collect the data, analyze the results, and then present them to you, our client
  • Learn – the final step of this cycle is learning from what the data is telling us and then making the decision to pivot (change direction) or persevere

After this build, measure, learn process is completed, we go back to the build step to perform additional testing. By approaching things from this perspective, we’re able to ensure we’re providing continuous improvement to each of our clients.

Is inbound marketing right for me?

Do I need HubSpot to do inbound marketing?

The short answer to this question is no. HubSpot coined the phrase back in 2006 and over the past decade they’ve become synonymous with the term.

While we are HubSpot certified, for clients who do not wish to incur the cost of an all-in-one solution like HubSpot, we’ve built out a solution combining several different tools that is much more cost effective for our clients who are more budget conscious.

The truth is that good inbound marketing comes down to those implementing it. While having a good CRM (customer relationship management system) or way of tracking leads is important, a good CRM does not make a good inbound marketing campaign or inbound marketer.
